Kathmandu. About 1 lakh units of shares of First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha are up for sale.
A total of 97,980 units of shares of the promoter group of the company are up for sale. Currently, only promoter shareholders can apply for the shares.
The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 280 per share. The interested bidders must apply for the shares at a minimum price of Rs 280.
The application has to be submitted within 35 days. The application can be submitted to the organization’s central office in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu.
