The meeting of the board of directors of the company has decided not to distribute dividend to the shareholders for the current fiscal year. With this, shareholders will no longer receive any kind of dividend.
The meeting also decided to submit the financial details of the organization to the Nepal Rastra Bank for approval. After the approval from the central bank, the financial statement will be submitted for approval in the upcoming annual general meeting.
