Kathmandu. National Life Insurance Company has organized a 2-night, 3-day ‘Leader’s Night with Bhushan Dahal’ program for its agents at Hotel Seven Star in Sauraha, Chitwan.
The program was organized with the aim of allowing agents who have successfully completed the target under the Agent Monthly Plan conducted in the month of Shrawan 2081 to visit the Maulakalika Temple in Gaindakot and the Diyalo Bungalow Museum, and to interview Nepal’s famous and senior journalist Bhushan Dahal.
About 225 senior agents from across the country, including the company’s Marketing Department Head Vivek Sharma, Agency Department Head Sushil Pratap Rana, Province Heads, and Branch Heads of various branches, who have been selected for the plan by doing excellent business, participated in the program.
The chief guest of the program, Dahal, provided special training on leadership to the participating agents. He expressed the view that leaders should always have the courage and courage to answer not just questions but thousands of questions in order to draw a clear blueprint for the future.
Dahal presented certificates of appreciation to the agents who were selected for the plan and participated in the ceremony.
The participating agents expressed their gratitude to the company for giving them the opportunity to receive the honor from Nepal’s famous and senior journalist Dahal and expressed their belief that this type of program would not only entertain them but also contribute to their career development.
