Kathmandu. The 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Nerude Mirmire Microfinance Financial Institution was held at Hotel Sarathi, Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchowk. Chaired by The Association’s Chairman Mani Kumar Arjyal, the meeting discussed and approved the annual report for the fiscal year 2080/81 presented by Chairman Arjyal on behalf of the Board of Directors.
The meeting also discussed and passed the audit report of the auditor, the profit and loss account for the fiscal year 2080÷81, which ended on the same date, and the cash flow statement of the same period and related schedules including accounting policies. The meeting also passed the auditor’s report and statements and accounting policies of the erstwhile Mirmire Microfinance Financial Institution till 11.2080.
The meeting has also fixed the appointment and remuneration of the auditor on the recommendation of the audit committee of the organization for the fiscal year 2081/82, and under the special proposal, the board of directors has been authorized to amend the rules if there is a directive from the management letter of the organization, the rules and any other regulatory bodies regarding the transfer of the corporate office of the organization.
Mani Kumar Arjyal, Santosh Phuyal and Tek Bahadur Bohara have been elected unopposed to the three members of the founding group representing the board of directors in the 18th General Assembly, while sudhir Kumar Shrestha, Sanju Ghimire and Raj Kumar Rai have been elected unopposed. The newly elected directors have been elected as directors for the next four years.
