NMB Bank, Laxmi Sunrise Bank, Agricultural Development Bank, Nepal SBI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Global IME Bank, Siddhartha Bank, Seasons Bank, Sanima Bank, Everest Bank and Machhapuchchhre Bank have declared dividend.
Siddhartha Bank
The bank is in the financial year 2081. The company has proposed to distribute dividend of Rs 1.48 billion out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 14.08 billion, which is 10.53 percent. Out of this, 5 percent will be given bonus shares worth Rs 70,44,99,010 and 5.53 percent cash dividend (including tax purposes). The general meeting has been held.

The bank has decided to distribute 8 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The bank has decided to distribute 4% bonus shares and 4% cash dividend to its shareholders. The company has also held its AGM.
