100,000 units of shares sold in neighborhood microfinance, what is the minimum price?

Kathmandu. A total of 100,000 units of shares of the neighbouring microfinance company have been put on sale since August 15.

The shares of the founding group of the organization have been put up for sale through an auction process. In this share, the founder shareholders of the company as well as any individual, company and organization can apply for purchase.

Crest

The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 445 per share. This means that investors will have to bid at the minimum price or more while submitting bids.

Applicants will have to apply for a minimum of 1,000 units of shares at the time of submission of bids. Applications can be made for all the units.

The purchase application can be submitted on the shares kept for sale till August 15. Applications can be submitted to NIC Asia Capital, Thapathali, Kathmandu.
