Kathmandu. With the aim of preparing professionally skilled agents to provide the best service to the customers, MetLife Nepal has organized two special training programs for its life insurance agents, agencies and unit managers by conducting two special training programs run by LIMRA (Life Insurance Management Research Association) and organizing their graduation and certificate distribution program.
Participants were trained in Associate Insurance Sales Manager (AISM) and Associate Insurance Advisory (AIA) courses based on the internationally recognized course of LIMRA.
These trainings are known as the “Gold Standard” certification for life insurance agents, which takes their business potential to a whole new level. AISM training focuses on effective management and leadership development of the agency, while AIA training provides skills in professional ways of selling insurance plans.
Both trainings were conducted virtually on MetLife Distribution Advantage Platform (DAP). Through such programs, MetLife Nepal has been continuously investing in the skill development and professional advancement of its agents.
