Kathmandu. A technical problem has been observed on the website of credit rating agency, Care Ratings Nepal. The website is not opening and a message saying ”No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it” is appearing on the website.
This problem occurs when a website visitor opens a website and access cannot be established between the website of the associated company and the web server via the internet.
