Kathmandu. The resignation of Dinesh Lal Shrestha, director of Nepal Reinsurance Company, has been accepted. Shrestha’s resignation from the post of director on Chaitra 20 citing personal reasons was accepted by the company’s board of directors meeting held on Chaitra 20.
Shrestha was elected unopposed as a director at the company’s ninth annual general meeting held on Jestha 17, 2081. He is the CEO of Asian Life Insurance.
