KATHMANDU: The 19th Annual General Meeting of Manjushree Finance Limited was successfully held at Thapagaun Banquet in Thapagaun, Kathmandu on Friday, November 5, 2083. <\/p>\n
The meeting has approved a proposal to distribute a total dividend of 20 percent to its shareholders from the profits of the financial year 2082\/83. Under this, 15 percent cash dividend (including tax purposes) and 5 percent bonus shares will be distributed. This decision of the company is expected to provide returns to the shareholders and further strengthen the trust and cooperation with the company. <\/p>\n
The meeting also approved a proposal to increase the primary capital by maintaining a dividend rate of 8.75% amounting to Rs 400 million and distributing profits only in the year of profit. The meeting also appointed N. K.T. Associates, Chartered Accountants as external auditors for the fiscal year 2083\/84. <\/p>\n
The company believes that the suggestions, feedback and trust received from the shareholders will be an important guide to make its service delivery and business strategy more effective in the coming days. <\/p>\n
