KATHMANDU: Nepal Bank Limited (NBL), the first bank in Nepal, has launched a home loan scheme with special discounts. On the occasion of the 90th anniversary of its establishment, the bank has launched a new home loan scheme at a low interest rate and service charge for 90 days. The government has launched a comprehensive home loan scheme. <\/p>\n
Under this home loan scheme, the customer will be able to buy a house, build and repair the house, and even buy an apartment. The loan will start with a premium interest rate of 0.5 percent (0.5%) on the base rate and the tenure of this loan will be for a maximum of 25 years, of which only 0.25 percent service charge will be charged. <\/p>\n
Customers who take this loan will get a 50% discount on the annual fee of free credit card facility and locker facility up to Rs 5 lakh. The term of this home loan facility scheme will be for a total of 90 days from Kartik 15, 2083 to Magh 15, 2083. Nepal Bank Limited is entering its 90th year on Monday, Kartik 10, 2083. <\/p>\n
