Vance had sent a letter to Supreme National Security Council Secretary Mohsen Rezaei seeking to revive peace talks. <\/p>\n<p>Neither Mohsen Rezaei nor the Iranian Foreign Ministry have yet commented on J.D. Vance&#8217;s letter.
