Cyclone Arnab continues to impact the neighbouring country of India. Heavy rains are occurring in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Odisha. <\/p>\n<p>Cyclone Arnab is causing heavy rains in many parts of Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Telangana. The damage caused by the cyclone is being assessed in a preliminary manner. <\/p>\n<p>According to the India Meteorological Department, Cyclone Arnab has completely weakened in the west-central Bay of Bengal, near Yanam coast of Andhra Pradesh and Puducherry. <\/p>\n<p>Over the past six hours, the storm has moved north at about 15 kilometres per hour and intensified into a severe low-pressure area. <\/p>\n<p>According to the Meteorological Department, its center was near Andhra Pradesh at 11:30 pm on October 28.
