Attention to &#8216;Lactogen Pro 1 Powder&#8217;<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/p>\n<p>The packaging of <\/p>\n<div>&#8216;Lactogen Pro 1&#8217; claims <i data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"38\">&#8220;Whey Protein is an easy-to-digest milk protein&#8221;<\/i> (Easy to digest). <\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><div> FSSAI has directed Nestle to submit scientific documents and evidence to prove this claim within the stipulated time. <\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><h4 data-path-to-node=\"7\"> <span style=\"color: #0000ff\">2. The claim of &#8216;NAN Excella Pro Stage 1&#8217; is illegal<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/p>\n<p>}<\/p>\n<p><div> This product is advertised as <i data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"19\">&#8220;5 HMOs Support the Normal Immune System&#8221;<\/i>. <\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>According to the Authority, the claim of preventing any disease or improving a particular physical condition cannot be made without approval. The authority has issued show-cause notices to the concerned companies Nestl\u00e9 India, Abbott, Nutricia, Mead Johnso. <\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TAG_OPEN_div_24 In Nepal too, products like &#8216;lactogen&#8217; and &#8216;naan&#8217; are consumed on a large scale for infants under 6 months.
