The same meeting took 13 different decisions. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"> <strong>Here are the decisions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<p>Approve the Nepal Special Service (Twenty-first Amendment) Regulations, 2083.TAG_OPEN_li_36 <\/li>\n<\/p>\n<li> Accept the Goods and Services Emergency Grant Assistance equivalent to JPY 298 million from the Government of Japan and 20 million Euros from Germany. <\/li>\n<li> To approve the principle for the formulation of the Budhi Gandaki Development Authority Bill. <\/li>\n<li> Clauses (e) of Section 17, Section 25 and Section 26 of the Criminal Offences (Determination of Punishment and Implementation) Act, 2074 shall be started from November 30, 2083. <\/li>\n<li> FY 2083. The minimum support price of wheat crop for 84 years has been fixed at Rs 4,107 per quintal. <\/li>\n<li> Chumnubri Rural Municipality, Dharche Rural Municipality and Arughat Rural Municipality of Gorkha district and Tripurasundari Rural Municipality of Dhading will be declared disaster-hit areas for a period of three months. Galkot Municipality and Dhorpatan Municipality will be declared disaster-hit areas for a period of three months. <\/li>\n<p>If the affected families of the damaged private houses of the said local level want to manage temporary shelter in a private way without staying in the holding center, they will be provided with immediate relief of Rs 15,000 per month for a family with more than four members and an additional Rs 2,TAG_OPEN_li_30 000 per month for a family with more than one member until alternative accommodation is made for such families. <\/li>\n<\/p>\n<li> Consent to submit to the Federal Parliament for ratification of the BIMSTEC Agreement on Maritime Transit Cooperation. <\/li>\n<li> To approve the principle for the formulation of the National Employment Bill. <\/li>\n<p>To approve the Kalimati Fruits and Vegetables Market Development Committee (Formation) (Fourth Amendment) Order, 2083.TAG_OPEN_li_27 <\/li>\n<\/p>\n<li>Feed Substances (Second Amendment) Rules, 2083 to be approved. <\/li>\n<li> Approval to present the bill designed to amend the Livestock Slaughterhouse and Meat Inspection Act, 2055 to the Federal Parliament. <\/li>\n<li> Approval to present the bill designed to amend the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2074 to the Federal Parliament. <\/li>\n<li>Fiscal Year 2081.
