Kathmandu. Manjushree Finance has convened its 19th Annual General Meeting. <\/p>\n
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Thursday decided to hold the meeting on November 5. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at the Thapa Gaun Banquet in Thapagaun, Kathmandu. <\/p>\n
The meeting will approve a total dividend of 20 per cent proposed for the last fiscal year 2082. 84 will approve a total dividend of 20 per cent. This includes a 15 per cent cash dividend and a 4 per cent bonus share including tax. <\/p>\n
The AGM will pass a special resolution to increase the primary capital of the unissued unreleased preference shares issued after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank by maintaining a dividend rate of 8.75 per cent of the total number of 40 lakh units of face value of Rs 100 per share proposed by the Board of Directors. The AGM will approve another special proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association accordingly as the issue of bonus shares and the issue of preference shares will increase the paid-up capital. <\/p>\n
The AGM will endorse a proposal to increase its authorized capital to Rs 1.83 billion after adjustment of bonus shares and issuance of preferential shares. <\/p>\n
The meeting will approve the annual report of the last fiscal year and also approve the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and determination of his\/her remuneration for the current fiscal year. <\/p>\n
For the purpose of dividends and meetings, the company has decided to close the book on October 26. This means that only shareholders who have been in possession before October 11 will be eligible to receive the dividend and attend the meeting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
