First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has declared dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Tuesday decided to distribute cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 14,86,43,673 out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1,344,48,71,323 from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year. The company has decided not to distribute bonus shares. <\/p>\n<p>The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and distributed to the shareholders. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
