Now, the vehicle owner will not have to appear at the transport office himself for vehicle registration and transfer. <\/p>\n<p>Some provisions of the Transport Management Procedure Directive, 2060 have been amended to facilitate the registration and transfer process of new and old vehicles. According to the amended provision, the vehicle owner can register and transfer the vehicle even if he is not present at the Transport Management Office himself. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"> <strong>Key points of the revised system<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Approval of the inspection done by the <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"> dealer: The inspection of the vehicle done by the <\/span> dealer will be given final recognition. There will be no need to take it back to the Transport Management Office and get it checked. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"> Registration and Transfer through Warrant Name: <\/span> The person who has given the warrant by the vehicle can be present at the office with his\/her original identity card, photo of the buyer and the original identity card of the buyer. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"> Ease of Insurance and Renewal: <\/span> The owner of the vehicle will not be required to be present in person to insure or renew the insurance. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"> Technical Access for Biometric: <\/span> The Transport Management Office shall provide necessary technical access to vehicle dealers, distributors or companies so that the biometric details can be obtained while transferring vehicles. <\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Infrastructure Development has expected that the amendment will make the vehicle registration and transfer process simple, easy and service-seeker-friendly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
