Kathmandu. Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has called its 11th Annual General Meeting. <\/p>\n
The meeting of the board of directors of the organization has decided to hold the general meeting on October 26. The meeting will begin at 9 am at the Hile Kanjirowa Makalu Hotel in Dhankuta Municipality. <\/p>\n
The meeting will approve a total dividend of 10 per cent of the current paid-up capital proposed for the last fiscal year 2082. It will approve a total dividend of 10 per cent of the current paid-up capital proposed for FY83. This includes a bonus share of 9.5 per cent and a cash dividend of 0.5 per cent for tax purposes. <\/p>\n
The same meeting shall pass a special resolution to amend the memorandum of association accordingly as the issued and paid-up capital will increase after the distribution of bonus shares. The meeting shall also approve a special resolution authorizing the Board of Directors to amend the memorandum of association, if directed or suggested by the regulatory bodies. <\/p>\n
The meeting shall approve the annual and auditor’s report for the last fiscal year and the current fiscal year 2083. 84 shall pass a resolution relating to the appointment of an auditor and the determination of his remuneration. <\/p>\n
For the purpose of dividends and meetings, the organization has decided to close the book on October 28. This means that only the shareholders who have been held before October 28 will be eligible to receive the dividend of this organization and attend the meeting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
