Kathmandu. Rapti Hydro and General Construction has called a special general meeting to approve the agenda for right shares. <\/p>\n
The meeting of the company’s board of directors on Monday decided to hold the special general meeting on October 12. The meeting will begin at 9 am at the Himshikhar Party venue in Chapagaon, Lalitpur. <\/p>\n
The meeting will approve the proposal to issue 25.1411 per cent right shares in the ratio of 1:0.251411 of the current paid-up capital. Accordingly, the company will proceed with the process of issuing a total of 30,81,262 units of right shares of face value of Rs 100 to its shareholders. <\/p>\n
The meeting will also endorse a special proposal authorizing the Board of Directors to comply with any directives or suggestions received from the regulatory body regarding the issuance of right shares. <\/p>\n
For the purpose of the meeting, the company has decided to close the book on October 20. This means that only the shareholders who have been in the company before October 20 will be eligible to participate in the meeting. <\/p>\n
