The meeting also approved the annual and auditor&#8217;s report. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting also approved a special proposal to provide margin trading facility to its customers. Apart from this, the meeting also passed a proposal to take a loan of more than Rs 20 crore with the existing paid-up capital. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting also passed other proposals, including the appointment of an independent director.
