Today is the last day to secure the dividends of Global IME Bank, ICFC Finance and Nepal Lube Oil. All the three institutions have decided to close the book on Monday, September 20 for the purpose of dividend and Annual General Meeting. <\/p>\n
Global IME has decided to hold its 20th annual general meeting on October 30. The meeting will begin at 9:00 am at Nepal Police Club, Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu. <\/p>\n
The meeting will approve a total dividend of 10 per cent of the current paid-up capital proposed for FY83. This includes 4 per cent bonus shares and 6 per cent cash dividend (including tax). <\/p>\n
Similarly, ICFC Finance has decided to hold its 23rd Annual General Meeting on September 29. The meeting will begin at 10 am at the Bouddha Heritage in Bouddha, Kathmandu. <\/p>\n
The meeting approved a cash dividend (inclusive of tax) of 10.5263 per cent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1,18,34,70,960. Accordingly, the company has decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rs 12,45,75,703.66. <\/p>\n
Similarly, Nepal Lube Oil has called its 35th Annual General Meeting on October 3. The meeting will begin at 11:30 am at The Plaza, Pulchowk, Lalitpur. <\/p>\n
The meeting will approve a total dividend of 21.05264 per cent of the current paid-up capital proposed for FY83. This includes 15 per cent bonus shares and 6.05264 per cent cash dividend (including tax). <\/p>\n
The AGM will endorse a special proposal of issuing 200 percent right shares in the ratio of 1:2 of the existing paid-up capital. <\/p>\n
