Prof. Dr. Kusum Shakya, Chairman of Swavalamban Laghubitta, handed over a cheque of Rs. 40 lakh to Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle amidst a program organized at the Ministry of Finance on September 12. <\/p>\n<p>Swalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has contributed Rs. 2.5 million from the institution, Rs. 30,600 from the directors and Rs. 14 lakh 69 thousand 400 from all the employees to the &#8216;Prime Minister Natural Disaster Relief Fund&#8217; to support the relief and rescue campaign of the Government of Nepal in this difficult time of disaster. <\/p>\n<p>The Swalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives and property in Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading, Chitwan and other districts due to the devastating floods in Bhotekoshi of Rasuwa district. <\/p>\n<p>Wishing for the speedy recovery of those injured in the floods, the government has requested the government to search for and rescue the missing people including Kiran Thapa and Raj Kumar Darji who are out of contact so far while working at the branch office of the financial institution in Betrawati-Rasuwa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
