Nabil Bank has decided to distribute a total dividend of 15.80% to the shareholders from the distributable profit of the fiscal year 2082. It has decided to distribute a total dividend of 15.80% to the shareholders from the distributable profit of 83. <\/p>\n<p>The board of directors of the bank on Sunday has proposed a 15.80% dividend of 5% bonus shares and 10.80% cash dividend towards ordinary shares. The total amount for the proposed bonus shares is Rs 1,352,28,49,836.46 and Rs 2,92,21,55,646.76 for cash dividend. The amount also includes tax on bonus shares and cash dividends. <\/p>\n<p>Similarly, the meeting has proposed to distribute a cash dividend of Rs 23,34,24,657.53 crore (FY 2082) at the rate of 8% of the paid-up capital towards the bank&#8217;s 8% unreleased unsecured preference shares. 83 (213 days from the date of allotment) (including tax). The bank&#8217;s paid-up capital towards preference shares is Rs 5 billion and the paid-up capital of ordinary shares is Rs 27.05 billion. <\/p>\n<p>FY 2082. The dividend has been proposed with the objective of providing reasonable returns to the shareholders on the basis of satisfactory financial results and sustainable business growth achieved by the bank in 2083. The dividend distribution will be implemented only after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and approval from the upcoming general meeting of the bank.
