Kathmandu. Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has donated fifty-one lakh rupees to the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund. On Tuesday, September 16, the chairman of the board of directors of the company, Sanjhana Aryal, members of the board of directors Birendra Jung Pandey, Shumsher Parajuli and chief executive officer Santosh Prasain handed over the cheque to Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle. <\/p>\n
Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance has provided the amount to the insurance company expressing deep sorrow over the loss of life and physical property in the river banks of Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading, Gorkha and Chitwan due to the devastating floods in the Bhotekoshi River of Rasuwa on August 23. <\/p>\n
The company has expressed its heartfelt condolences to the affected citizens in this difficult time as dozens of people have lost their lives, many have gone missing, hundreds of families have been displaced due to the damage to settlements and infrastructures due to the devastating floods and inundation. <\/p>\n
KATHMANDU: Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has provided financial assistance of fifty one lakh rupees to the Prime Minister Natural Disaster Relief Fund as a part of its corporate social responsibility, in solidarity with the efforts of the Government of Nepal, security agencies and local organizations for the immediate rescue, relief and long-term rehabilitation of the people affected by the disaster. <\/p>\n
