The bodies of 734 people who lost their lives in the devastating floods in Rasuwa have been recovered. <\/p>\n<p>According to the data made public by Nepal Police, 259 bodies have been found in Chitwan alone. The bodies of 184 people have been recovered in Nawalparasi East, 82 in Nawalparasi West, 58 in Gorkha, 52 in Nuwakot, 50 in Dhading, 36 in Tanahun and 13 in Rasuwa. <\/p>\n<p>According to the police, 2,699 people have been rescued so far. Of them, 2,020 were rescued from Nuwakot, 676 from Rasuwa and three from Dhading. <\/p>\n<p>Among the injured, 160 are undergoing treatment at different hospitals in Kathmandu Valley, police said. <\/p>\n<p>Currently, 7,293 police personnel are deployed for rescue operations in the flood-affected areas.
