s Natural Disaster Relief Fund with the aim of assisting in the relief and rescue work of the people affected by the recent devastating floods in the Bhotekoshi River.<\/p>\n
Secretary of NIPS Tanahun Sher Bahadur Bote said that the amount was donated. <\/p>\n
Employees of various life and non-life insurance companies of Damauli participated in the fundraising campaign launched by NIPS Tanahun to collect the amount. <\/p>\n
The amount collected was deposited in the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund on Thursday, said Robin Shrestha, president of NIPS. Chairman Shrestha also said that the unity, goodwill and social responsibility shown by the employees associated with the insurance sector during the time of disaster are commendable. <\/p>\n
NIPS Tanahun has expressed condolences to the bereaved family members while paying tribute to those who lost their lives in the landslide. In addition, the amount has been donated to the ‘Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund’ for the purpose of searching for the missing, treating the injured, providing immediate food and shelter to the affected people and rebuilding the damaged structures. <\/p>\n
