As per the decision of the Board of Directors meeting of the company held on August 12, the date for the fourth annual general meeting of Thamel Plaza Hotel and Suites Limited has been announced. <\/p>\n
The AGM shall discuss and approve the annual report of the fiscal year 2082\/083 to be presented by the Chairman on behalf of the Board of Directors, the balance sheet of the year 2083 BS along with the auditor’s report and the profit or loss account for the fiscal year 2082\/083 ended on the same date. <\/p>\n
The meeting shall appoint an auditor to carry out the audit of the fiscal year 2083\/084 pursuant to Section 111 of the Companies Act, 2063 and determine his\/her remuneration. It will endorse a proposal to issue shares to the general public. <\/p>\n
The MEETING shall, if any directives are received from the regulatory bodies regarding amendment of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association in relation to the issuance of shares to the general public, the Board of Directors or the representative designated by the Board of Directors shall be given the necessary authority to make amendments, alterations and additions accordingly. <\/p>\n
