The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 18.947 percent cash dividend from the profit of Rs 83 including tax on the existing paid-up capital. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting will endorse the decision of the Board of Directors regarding revision of meeting allowance and renewal of overdraft account of the members. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting will approve the annual report of the previous fiscal year and the auditor&#8217;s report and approve the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and determination of his\/her remuneration for the current fiscal year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
