Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is set to start integrated transaction from September 21 after acquiring Win Nepal Laghubitta. <\/p>\n<p>Issuing a notice today, the company informed about the integrated transaction that is going to start after the acquisition of Win Nepal Microfinance. After the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank, the company will take over all assets, liabilities and other possible liabilities of the microfinance company till the last day with the final approval from the Securities Board of Nepal and the Office of the Company Registrar. <\/p>\n<p>The company has informed all the customer members, shareholders, regulators and stakeholders that all banking services of both the institutions will be closed for one day on Sunday, September 7, the day of the start of the integrated transaction. <\/p>\n<p>After the acquisition, the office of the microfinance company will be located in Banepa Municipality-5 of Kavrepalanchowk.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
