Hathway Investment Nepal has issued over 2.05 crore units of shares to the end of the auction period. <\/p>\n<p>Issuing a notice today, the company informed that the lock-in period of 2,05,33,500 units of promoter and employee shares will end from September 18. Out of which the promoter has 2,04,75,000 units and the employees have 58,500 units. <\/p>\n<p>There is a provision that the shares of the promoter and employees of any company should be kept in lockout for 3 years from the date of IPO allotment.
