According to the White House, China has tried to evade billions of dollars of US tariffs through these countries. <\/p>\n<p>According to US trade adviser Peter Navarro, the system has destroyed American jobs and billions of dollars in income. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No one wins in a trade war,&#8221; a spokesman for the Chinese embassy in Washington told the BBC.
