KATHMANDU: NIC ASIA Capital has declared 50% cash dividend to its shareholders. The board meeting of the company held on August 10 has decided to distribute 50 percent cash dividend including tax. <\/p>\n<p>The same meeting of Capital has called for its 10th Annual General Meeting on September 10.
