Kathmandu. MetLife Nepal has established its Gandaki Province office at Apyakt Complex, New Road, Pokhara Metropolitan City-9. With the opening of the new office, the company aims to provide fast, convenient and quality services to customers, insurance agents and business partners of Gandaki Province. <\/p>\n
Chief of Nepal Insurance Authority, Gandaki Province Office, Shambhu Prasad Mishra and senior officials of MetLife Nepal were also present during the inauguration ceremony. <\/p>\n
The new provincial office will provide insurance counseling, policy services, claim facilitation and customer service to the customers of Gandaki Province from the province itself. It is also expected to provide necessary support to insurance agents and business partners to make service delivery more effective and accountable. <\/p>\n
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Nirmal Kaji Shrestha, General Manager of MetLife Nepal said, “Gandaki Province is a province of hardworking, potential, and enterprising individuals, families and businesses that are contributing significantly to the economic and social development of Nepal. Establishing the provincial office here is a reflection of our long-term commitment to this region.
