KATHMANDU: The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police has arrested Mrigendra Nath Rimal, the suspended Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nepal Micro Insurance. <\/p>\n<p>CIB spokesperson SSP Anupam Shumsher Rana said that Rimal was arrested from Sifal of Kathmandu on Thursday. According to SSP Jung Rana, he was arrested on a case related to the offence under the Insurance Act, 2079 and the Securities Act, 2063. <\/p>\n<p>Rimal had been absconding since the case was filed at the Kathmandu District Court on June 11. Rimal is currently in the CIB. <\/p>\n<p>Spokesperson Rana said that process is underway to present Rimal before the district court today itself.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
