Kathmandu. Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited is issuing debentures worth Rs 3 billion from July 28. <\/p>\n
The bank is going to issue “Laxmi Sunrise Debenture 2092”. A total of 30 lakh units of the issue will be issued at a face value of Rs 1,000. <\/p>\n
Out of the total units, 18 lakh units will be issued to individuals and the remaining 12 lakh units will be issued to the general public. <\/p>\n
The total number of units to be issued to the general public is 5 percent and 60,000 units have been set aside for mutual funds. The general public can apply for the remaining 11.40 lakh units. <\/p>\n
The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and maximum of all units of shares. The interested bidders can apply for the shares from the banks and financial institutions that are participating in the C-ASBA service and their branches as well as from CDSC. <\/p>\n
The bond issuance will close on August 19 at the earliest and on August 12 after the banking hours. <\/p>\n
The debenture is for a period of 10 years. The investors will get 7 percent interest annually. <\/p>\n
Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the issue. <\/p>\n
