Under this nationwide service, eligible customers and sellers will be able to deliver orders faster than before without charging any extra charge. Launched in Nepal on July 26, ‘Fast Delivery’ reflects Daraz’s commitment to elevate online shopping experience and further strengthen Nepal’s growing e-commerce business. <\/p>\n
Combining superior order management capabilities of sellers and Daraz’s nationwide logistics network, the “Fast Delivery” tagged ensured that the products maintained the highest standards of punctuality and reliability. <\/p>\n
With the launch of the service, almost 50% of the total orders in Nepal are eligible for ‘fast delivery’. The service comprises products ranging from daily consumables, general merchandise, electronics and fashion to a wide range of products from daily needs to lifestyle purchases. <\/p>\n
Daraz has made strategic investment in its logistics capabilities to provide fast delivery without any extra charge on the buyers and sellers. This has made this service possible by making shopping affordable for customers and accessible to sellers. <\/p>\n

Qualifications for ‘Fast Delivery’<\/strong><\/p>\n The ‘Fast Delivery’ tag is awarded through a data-driven evaluation process, not a promotional selection. To be eligible, Daraz sells products must meet two key criteria within a continuous period of 90 days. First, the seller must ship the order within the specified timeframe. Second, at least 80 percent of the delivery should reach the customer within 48 hours. Since the list of eligible products is updated daily, customers will always be able to see only the products that meet our commitments. Currently, the average end-to-end delivery time of eligible items is 42.74 hours, which is comfortably less than the 48-hour commitment. <\/p>\n Meaning of ‘Fast Delivery’ for the customer<\/strong><\/p>\n Customers will be able to easily see the ‘Fast Delivery’ service throughout the shopping process. Eligible items can be identified through a special ‘Fast Delivery’ tag on the search results, recommended items and content description page. In addition, the new search filter will allow customers to see only the products eligible for “Fast Delivery” and show a more realistic estimated delivery date on the product page. <\/p>\n Ratish Luitel, Chief Commercial Officer of Daraz Nepal said, “Fast delivery is yet another milestone in our campaign to make online shopping more convenient and reliable for customers across Nepal.
