(with list)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu. Commercial banks have increased their lending in the stock market as the demand for loans from other sectors has slowed. Commercial banks are aggressively lending in the stock market. <\/p>\n<p>Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has released the current fiscal year 2082. According to the data of 11 months (July-May), 19 out of 20 commercial banks have issued share loans of Rs 139.76 billion. These banks were registered in the last fiscal year 2081. By May 18, 2018, the company had given a share loan of Rs 106.18 billion. Accordingly, the share loans issued by banks during the review period increased by 31.63 percent compared to the previous year. <\/p>\n<p>During the review period, Nabil Bank was the largest lender, while NMB was ahead in terms of growth rate. Share loans from 16 banks increased and three decreased in the review period compared to mid-June last year. <\/p>\n<p>Nabil Bank has issued a loan of Rs 17.53 billion till mid-June of the current FY. It was 16.29 percent more than the previous year. In the previous year, the bank had issued loan of Rs 15.07 billion. <\/p>\n<p>Global IME Bank is the second largest lender in the world. The bank, which had given loan of Rs 11.60 billion in the review period of the previous year, increased by 25.31 percent to Rs 14.53 billion. <\/p>\n<p>Kumari is the third bank to offer a large number of share loans. The bank has issued a loan of Rs 10.44 billion till mid-May of the current fiscal year. In the previous year, the bank had issued loan of Rs 9.47 billion. In the review period, the loan from the bank increased by 10.15 percent compared to the previous year. <\/p>\n<p>During the review period, Nepal SBI Bank Ltd (14.34 percent), Citizens Bank (15.15 percent) and Nepal SBI (14.50 percent) declined.
