NADEP Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has concluded its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 7. The event was held at Naubise Agro Resort, Dhading. The company has not proposed a dividend this year. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting approved the annual report and financial statements of the last fiscal year 2081\/82 and fixed the appointment of auditor and his remuneration for the current fiscal year. <\/p>\n<p>The AGM has appointed Tekraj Bhatta as Corporate Director, Nabil Bank Ltd, Bhesh Raj Gautam as Corporate Director, Lumbini Development Bank as Corporate Director, Krishna Prasad Neupane as Corporate Director, Deprox Nepal, Dr. Bhrigu Rishi Duwadi as Promoter Director, and Sita Luitel as Public Shareholder (vacant). <\/p>\n<p>The meeting has endorsed a proposal to change the share structure, merge and acquire with any other financial institution and give the responsibility of carrying out all the works to the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
