Tribhuvan University, School of Mathematics and Science under the Institute of Science and Technology (TU) has announced admissions for Bachelor of Science (Bachelor of Mathematics) programme. <\/p>\n<div id=\"model-response-message-contentr_99aa5b188b1f21dc\" class=\"markdown markdown-main-panel tutor-markdown-rendering enable-luminous-fast-follows enable-updated-hr-color\" dir=\"ltr\" aria-live=\"polite\">\n<p>A new enrollment program has been published for students interested in enrolling in this four-year (eight-semester) course based on the semester TAG_OPEN_p_22 system. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>To apply for admission, the student must have secured a minimum of 1.8 in Final CGPA with at least 1.8 grade in 100 integer mathematics or commercial TAG_CLOSE_b_11 TAG_OPEN_b_11 mathematics in 10+2 examination from any stream of higher secondary\/secondary school.TAG_OPEN_p_21 Or from a recognized educational institution, should have passed 100 integer marks in Mathematics or Commerce Mathematics in the second division. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\"> In addition, the candidate must have passed the A Level Examination with a minimum grade of &#8216;D&#8217; with 100 integer marks in mathematics or passed at least 2nd class with a minimum of 100 integer marks in any subject under CTEVT. <i data-path-to-node=\"6,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"121\"><\/i><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The online form can be filled from the official website of the school <a class=\"ng-star-inserted\" href=\"https:\/\/sms.tu.edu.np\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-hveid=\"0\" data-ved=\"0CAAQ_4QMahgKEwi7mbXnnKWVAxUAAAAAHQAAAAAQkAM\">https:\/\/sms.tu.edu.np<\/a>} from June 23 to 5 pm on July 23.TAG_OPEN_p_19 <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The selection of the students will be done on the basis of written examination, interview and academic qualification score (total 100 whole marks).TAG_OPEN_p_18 The written examination is 80 marks, the interview is 10 marks and the educational qualification is 10 marks. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>8 TAG_OPEN_p_17 0 integer questionnaires of 1 hour 45 minutes each will be asked for Mathematics (40 marks), English (20 marks) and General Knowledge (20 marks) based on the syllabus of class 11 and 12 or above.\u00a0A minimum of 35% marks should be obtained to pass the written examination. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>According to the School of Mathematics and Science, the written examination for admission of students will be conducted on Monday, July 24 at 8:00 am.TAG_OPEN_p_16 Students can get a sample question paper from the school&#8217;s website. A total of 40 seats have been set for the students.
