Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has distributed school bags to Butwal Secondary School through its branch office Butwal as a part of its corporate social responsibility. Mr. Hemanta Babu Acharya, Butwal Area Chief of the Bank, distributed school bags to 70 poor and underprivileged children of Butwal Secondary School. <\/p>\n
Speaking at the program, Butwal Area Chief Acharya said that the school bag was provided keeping in mind the educational needs of the children studying in the elementary level. The school bag is not only a means to carry things for school-going children, but also a medium to enhance school attraction, self-confidence and sense of responsibility in them. <\/p>\n
School Principal Hom Bahadur Rayamajhi expressed his gratitude for the support and expressed his confidence that the support would boost the enthusiasm of students towards the school and also provide relief to the parents. <\/p>\n
The program was attended by the bank’s employees, school principals, teachers and parents. In addition, the bank will continue such programs in the coming days with the coordination and cooperation of the stakeholders. <\/p>\n
