Birajman Karmacharya signed the letter on Monday. <\/p>\n<p>Both sides look forward to collaborating in these areas, especially considering the growing need for access to dialysis and quality health care in Nepal, especially in the treatment and rehabilitation of burns. <\/p>\n<p>As part of the strategic partnership, Nabil Bank has provided financial support worth NPR 600 million to Dhulikhel Hospital for expanding Dialysis services and ICU Intensive Care for Heartburn patients across Nepal. <\/p>\n<p>According to the agreement, a 10-bed Intensive Care Unit will be established at Dhulikhel Hospital and similar facilities will be expanded to other provinces under the leadership of the hospital management. In addition, the bank supported to establish two artificial limb implant and rehabilitation services and further strengthen dialysis services. <\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the occasion, Chairman of Nabil Bank and Dhulikhel Hospital said that Nabil Bank and Dhulikhel Hospital have a common vision to bring meaningful change in the lives of people. &#8220;We have done a lot in the health sector, and as part of our social responsibility, we always set benchmarks in terms of how many lives we have been able to make a meaningful difference. Dhulikhel Hospital is also a hospital with similar purpose. So, I am confident that together we can make a difference in the lives of many people through this collaboration with the hospital.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>CEO Gyewali said, &#8220;We look forward to this partnership to provide quality healthcare services for the country as a whole, especially for patients from poor and marginalized communities.&#8221; &#8220;Nabil Bank considers Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as not a responsibility but a commitment of the bank towards society. I express my commitment that there will not be any shortcomings in the objectives with which we have started working with Dhulikhel Hospital today,&#8221; he said. <\/p>\n<p>Founder and Executive Director of Dhulikhel Hospital, Dr. Prof. Dr. Ramkantha Makaju Shrestha said that the hospital has been providing quality medical service to the community since its establishment. &#8220;Dhulikhel Hospital is a community-based hospital and has been providing quality and affordable services to thousands of people since its beginning. Partnering with Nabil Bank will help us to offer further dialysis services in the field of irritation, artificial limb treatment and rehabilitation,&#8221; Shrestha shared. <\/p>\n<p>According to the bank, the agreement will remain in effect for three years. <\/p>\n<p>As a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, Nabil Bank has been providing various services in the health sector in partnership with various organizations. Recently, the bank had organized surgery camps for burn patients in Far-west, Karnali, Madhesh and Lumbini provinces. As many as 500 burn patients received free treatment. Of them, 130 patients underwent surgery free of cost. <\/p>\n<p>The bank has also been supporting artificial limb centers located at the provincial hospital in Nawalparasi Susta East and Chisapani Hospital in Bardaghat. These centres have provided free artificial limbs to more than 300 beneficiaries. <\/p>\n<p>According to Dr. Gyawali, the Bank&#8217;s objective of providing quality treatment, artificial limb and rehabilitation services and dialysis treatment services is also in line with the government&#8217;s goal of ensuring accessible and accessible treatment to patients across the country. <\/p>\n<p>Nabil Bank Limited is the leading commercial bank of Nepal.
