Kathmandu. The Bhagwati Shahi Memorial Pillar has been inaugurated at Bageshwori Religious and Tourism Area Development Committee, Nagparbat Nada, Achham. Krishna Hari Baskota, former secretary of the government of Nepal, inaugurated the column on Tuesday. <\/p>\n
The monument has been erected in honor and memory of the late Bhagwati Shahi, who established the ancient Bageshwori Temple at Nagparbat in Turmakhand-4. Speaking at the program presided over by Committee Chairman Lokendra Bahadur Shah, Chief Guest Baskota said that the Bageshwori area should be publicized as a religious and tourism area. <\/p>\n
The program was conducted by the committee’s advisor Namaskar Shah and the welcome speech was given by the organization’s executive committee member Janak Bahadur Shahi. Former President of Bas Nepal, Man Bhandari, office-bearers and members of the committee were present on the occasion. <\/p>\n
The column was constructed on January 28, 2019 with the donation of former secretary of the Government of Nepal, Krishna Hari Baskota. On the occasion, former Secretary of the Government of Nepal Krishna Hari Baskota was felicitated with a grand welcome. <\/p>\n
