More than 2,72,000 units of shares of Siddhartha Bank are for sale. <\/p>\n<p>A total of 2,72,737 units of shares of promoter group of the bank have been put up for sale. Currently, only existing promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the shares. <\/p>\n<p>The interested promoter shareholders can submit application to the office of Company Secretary at the bank&#8217;s central office located at Naxal, Kathmandu by disclosing the number of shares they want to buy. A 35-day deadline has been given for this. <\/p>\n<p>If the application for purchase of shares is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the bank will open the sale of shares to other individuals and institutions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
