The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added 4 companies to its pipeline. <\/p>\n<p>As many as 4 companies from different sectors have applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) seeking IPO approval. They own Doleshwor Village Resort and Farmhouse, KTM Hospitality, Asian Concrete and Bhagawati Steel Industries. <\/p>\n<p>Doleshwor Village will issue a total of 16,20,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share. Citizens Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO. <\/p>\n<p>Similarly, KTM Hospital will issue a total of 15,50,000 units of shares at face value of Rs 100. RBB Merchant Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO. <\/p>\n<p>If the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) permits, Asian Concreto will issue a total of 1,062,500 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 to the general public. Nabil Investment Banking is the issue manager for the IPO. <\/p>\n<p>Similarly, Bhagwati Steel has sought permission from the Securities Board of India (SEBON) to float the IPO at a premium price. If the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) permits, the company will issue a total of 1.5 million units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 with a premium of Rs 133.
