Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The single government of Rastriya Swatantra Party (Rastriya Swatantra Party) has committed to investigate the property of people holding public posts after 2046 BS. <\/p>\n
The Balen Shah-led government has made this commitment in the 18-point national commitment prepared in accordance with the manifestos, affidavits and commitments of the six major political parties. After 2046 BS, the government has committed to investigate the assets of those holding public posts in accordance with the transparent and legal process. <\/p>\n
The government has stated that the institutional strengthening of the constitutional bodies as well as the policy decisions to be taken by the Council of Ministers will be defined. The government has also pledged to formulate laws related to indicator protection as well as conflicts of interest laws to protect and encourage whistleblowers of corruption. <\/p>\n
According to the government, the jurisdiction and powers of the political leadership and administrative leadership will be clearly defined by the law. The government has announced to make the public service free from political pressure, impartial, competent, accountable to the people and committed to the service.
