Nepal Telecom (NTC) has implemented a provision of increasing the package of its prepaid service from 28 days to 30 days after the instruction of Minister for Information and Communications Dr. Bikram Timilsina. The validity of Nepal Telecom&#8217;s &#8216;Combo 299 Pack&#8217; has been extended from 28 days to 30 days with effect from Tuesday night. <\/p>\n<p>This decision has come into effect immediately after the discussion between Minister Timilsina and Nepal Telecom. &#8220;Currently, a 28-day package has been transformed into 30 days,&#8221; said Reena Dangol, officiating managing director of Nepal Telecom. \u2019<\/p>\n<p>Customers will be directly benefited from this system. With the implementation of this system, it will now be enough to recharge once a month. This will make it easier for the user. <\/p>\n<p>Similarly, since they get 2 days more service at the same price, the customer will get extra facility on data, voice and SMS usage. It is also believed that it will simplify expense management and increase consumer satisfaction. <\/p>\n<p>Such service of Nepal Telecom has been taken as a consumer-friendly improvement.
