Nepal Life Insurance has denied reports that Deepak Bhatta, the promoter of Himalayan Reinsurance, misappropriated Rs 370 million from Nepal Life Insurance&#8217;s subsidiary company to buy shares of Nepal Reinsurance. <\/p>\n<p>The company issued a press release on Thursday, saying, &#8220;Deepak Bhatt or Securities Broker No. 55 We request all concerned to know that Nepal Life has no involvement in this matter and has not done any transaction. <\/p>\n<p>A few days ago, Himalayan Reinsurance Company Ltd. Deepak Bhatta (Citizenship No. 107, Kailali), the promoter of Nepal Reinsurance Company Ltd. from the secondary market. Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has agreed to buy shares. Securities broker No. 37 crore was misappropriated from the subsidiary company of Securities Broker No. 55 Bhrikuti Stock Broker Company Pvt. Ltd. Ltd.
