He was arrested by the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police on Sunday morning. <\/p>\n<p>He was the energy minister from the Nepali Congress in the KP Oli-led coalition government. <\/p>\n<p>On September 24, protesters had found several foreign currencies including Nepali currency when they set fire to his residence.
