Newly appointed Prime Minister Balendra Shah has started giving shape to his cabinet. His cabinet has seen participation from new to old faces. <\/p>\n<p>According to party sources, Sudhan Gurung will be given the responsibility of the Ministry of Home Affairs.\u00a0 Yuba Gurung, who came into the limelight after the Zenji movement, took a special initiative to unify between Balendra Shah and the Rastriya Swatantra Party. He is an elected parliamentarian from Gorkha. <\/p>\n<p>KATHMANDU: Shishir Khanal has been appointed as the new Chief Minister of Foreign Affairs. He was elected from the former constituency of Nepali Congress President Gagan Thapa and is considered an intellectual. <\/p>\n<p>Similarly, Sobita Gautam has been appointed as the Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs. Biraj Bhakta Shrestha is at the Energy Ministry and Dr Bhattarai is at the Ministry of Industry. It has been learnt that the party leadership has agreed to give responsibility to Amresh Kumar Singh. Singh defeated Nepali Congress President Thapa in Sarlahi district.
